2026 rates, before taxes and services.

Rates are for the entire house, in US dollars, and exclude taxes and the services above. Your proposal is based on exact dates, length of stay and the services you choose.

Weekly stays save 10%, two weeks 20%, and a month 40% against the nightly rate. Minimum stay varies by season; send us your dates and we will confirm. Longer residencies are priced individually.

How booking works

1. Send your dates, guest count and contact details. 2. We reply with a personal proposal, usually within the hour. 3. Confirm with a deposit and a short rental agreement. 4. Arrive from 3 PM to a personal welcome. Prefer instant confirmation? The house is also listed on Airbnb, where platform fees and Airbnb's own cancellation terms apply.

The private dock

Boats may drop you off and collect you at the house dock, and private Bosphorus tours can start from your own waterfront. Boats cannot stay moored overnight. Ask us for trusted boat operators.

Families

Families are welcome. The terrace and dock open directly onto the water, so small children need supervision outside. Tell us ages in advance and we will prepare the house.

Accessibility

Eva Bosphora is a historic wooden yalı set over several floors connected by stairs. If step-free access or ground-floor sleeping matters to your party, ask us before booking and we will advise honestly.

Do we have the whole house to ourselves?

Yes. Eva Bosphora is only ever rented as a whole, including the garden, terrace and dock.

How many guests can stay?

Up to 8 guests, including children. Staff travelling with you can use the staff room, which has its own shower room and entrance.

Are events or parties possible?

No. Stays are for registered guests only, as a quiet private residence. Productions and private events are not part of a stay and are considered separately on request.

Are pets allowed?

No, to protect the interiors and the art collection.

Is parking included?

Yes, directly in front of the house.

Can a boat collect us from the house?

Yes, at the private dock, for drop-off and pick-up. Overnight mooring is not possible.

Which languages do you speak?

English, Turkish, Arabic and Russian enquiries are welcome.
